Neil Dingle
Neil Dingle’s self described obsession with Barbershop began in 1995 when he joined the Big Apple Chorus in his hometown of New York, New York. This love of the Barbershop Style has brought him to leadership positions in several area choruses including front row in the Big Apple Chorus, assistant section leader in the Hell’s Kitchen “Voices of Gotham” Chapter and Musical Director of the Brooklyn Chapter – King’s Chorus and Director of the Tristar Chorus. Additionally, he has been part of many chapter and competitive quartets, including Division Champions Crossroads and Family Affair. He currently sings lead with the up and coming quartet Hudson Chronicles!
Neil has been a faculty member at M-AD Harmony College East since 2005 as well as an Atlantic Harmony Brigade Director. He also coaches several area quartets and choruses primarily in the areas of vocal and visual presentation. Known to one and all as “Pookie”, Neil and wife Stephanie reside in Newark, NJ with their two children Julian and Shaila and their beloved Dachshund, Bruno.
